Who Works at Levy Central?
A group of dedicated and professional individuals make up the Levy Central team. Together this team boasts over 45 years of combined check-off levy collection experience. Each team member is under a strict confidentiality agreement so you can rest assured that your commodity data is treated with the utmost concern for privacy.

Nicole Yip
LEVY CENTRAL SENIOR OPERATIONS REPRESENTATIVE (AOGC, MOGA, SASPDC, SBDC, SODC, SWDC)
Born and raised in Medicine Hat, AB, Nicole attended Medicine Hat College and completed a Hospitality & Tourism Marketing Diploma. Nicole worked as a front desk clerk in hotels for Royal Host REIT for four years. In 2001, she was promoted to Operations Manager of a hotel in Brooks, AB. After meeting her husband, Nicole moved to Saskatoon in 2002, where she continued her career in hotels for another year before deciding she needed a change. In 2003, Nicole joined Levy Central while it was still under the umbrella of the Saskatchewan Canola Development Commission.
Nicole and her husband have a lovely daughter together. When not working, Nicole's interests include travel, movies, reading, crafts, and spending time with family and friends.
Nicole is a Senior Levy Central Client Representative. In addition to administering the levy collections for Alberta Oat Growers Commission, Manitoba Oat Growers Association, Saskatchewan Alfalfa Seed Producers Development Commission, Saskatchewan Barley Development Commission, Saskatchewan Oat Development Commission, and Saskatchewan Wheat Development Commission, she also oversees the database, runs election activities and provides administrative support to management.

Koren Hebig
LEVY CENTRAL SENIOR CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE (ACPC, SCDC, SFDC)
Koren was born and raised in Saskatoon and received her secondary education from the Saskatoon Business College. She is also a certified licensed optical technician and worked for several years for Atrium Optometric. Koren enjoys time with her husband, her wonderful son and daughter, and her friends. She also keeps busy by volunteering her time with the different organizations that involve her kids. Koren enjoys athletic activities and Ukrainian Dancing.
Koren has worked for Levy Central since 2008 while it was still under the umbrella of the Saskatchewan Canola Development Commission. She is currently the Client Service Representative for the Alberta Canola Producers Commission, Saskatchewan Canola Development Commission and the Saskatchewan Flax Development Commission. Koren's philosophy is to always be yourself, follow your dreams and strive to make a difference in lives of others.

Jesse Smith
LEVY CENTRAL CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSDCS, SMDC)
Jesse was born in Edmonton, AB and relocated to Saskatchewan at a young age. He spent most of his early life calling various locations of Saskatchewan home until finally settling into the city of Saskatoon. After graduating from Martensville High School in 2007, Jesse was employed as a farm equipment manufacturer and labourer for Buhler Versatile Inc and in various positions with Vecima Networks. In April of 2013, Jesse joined Levy Central as a part-time data entry clerk while also working part-time in Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. He began working full time at Levy Central on June 1, 2016. Jesse is currently a Client Service Representative, responsible for the levy administration for the Canary Seed Development Commission of Saskatchewan and the Saskatchewan Mustard Development Commission.
Jesse is a proud new home owner having bought his first home with his girlfriend in April of 2022. After renovations are complete, they will move in with his cat (Babs) and her bunny (Domino), and plan to make a nice home there for themselves and pets for years to come. Jesse enjoys playing guitar, video games and golf, being in nature, tending to his home and yard, and lending a hand where he can to the people closest to him. He has an affinity for animals great and small and loves to relax and have a good time with his gal Brina, his mother and sister, pets, family and friends.
